Verandas and semi-open thresholds create smooth transitions between private and public zones, supporting informal social exchange. Pathways between houses are narrow and shaded, naturally guiding movement and chance encounters. Religious and cultural practices also shape these spatial patterns, reinforcing collective identity. The design prioritizes inclusivity, allowing different age groups to share the same space comfortably. Seasonal changes, such as festivals or harvest times, further activate these communal areas. Overall, architecture in this region supports continuous social flow rather than isolated living.
